 I have had the honor to work with and for many fine leaders. Few can match Yhanira’s drive to create and develop a high-performing team. That “develop” piece is what differentiates her from other leaders. She was willing to listen to my questions, to coach and to guide me, taking time to fill in the gaps that I had and build on my strengths. I saw her patient leadership style with many others as she created a tight-knit and integrated team. I would gladly serve with and work for again! 

 I worked for Yhanira as a Process Engineer for over 2 years. She is the most servant leader I've had in my combined 35 year military and civilian career.
